Set in the up-and-coming and lively district of Grau, close to the Port and Valencia Marina, our space is directly opposite to the oldest market in Valencia. The shop is on the ground floor of an early 20th century listed building, and it maintains many of the original architectural features and character.

We have added a comfortable bar area so you can enjoy a refreshing drink before and after renting a bike.

We leave from the shop and ride North to the Huerta of Valencia (the farmland around Valencia). Here we will pass by traditional Valencian farmhouses (barracas) through the lush fields of chufa, which is used to make Valencia’s horchata drink. We will visit a typical Valencian village before stopping at a traditional horchateria. Here we will taste the famous local horchata drink and try some pastries of the region before we ride back to the shop along the seafront.

Bike rental Valencia

Rent a bike or e-scooter online with us. Once your reservation below is complete, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Following this, we will get back to you by email within a few hours. You will pay for your bike(s) in the shop when you collect them. We provide a bicycle delivery service.

Please, bring a valid ID (passport or driving license) or leave 50 euro deposit in cash per bike / 100 euro per e-scooter.

Our second shop is in the heart of Ruzafa district, close to San Valero church and the colourful Ruzafa market. This is one of Valencia's most popular neighbourhoods and it's a must visit for its vibrant nightlife, replete with terraces, restaurants, cafés and boutiques. Close to the city centre, Ruzafa is the ideal location to rent a bike or an e-scooter and visit the city and its many parks on two wheels.

In addition to bike and e-scooter rental, in Bike Alao Ruzafa we sell local arts, crafts and postcards by Valencian artists so you can take a lasting memory of the city home.
